Cleo is unhappy with the results of her facial feminization surgeries and seeks additional procedures

Cleo Corraine, former cast member of 90 Day Fiancé Before The 90 Days, has been open about her journey as a trans woman, including her struggles and her disappointment with her recent facial feminization surgery.

In a recent episode of 90 Day Diaries season 6, Cleo shared her experience traveling to Texas for procedures aimed at reducing the prominence of her Adam's apple and lowering her hairline to combat hair loss. While the surgeries were intended to help her align her external appearance with her internal identity, Cleo revealed that the results fell short of her expectations.

Five months post-operation, Cleo expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome, noting that her healing process did not go as planned. Her disappointment was evident as she covered her hairline with a bandana and opted for a more natural look, moving away from her signature blonde locks.

Cleo's dissatisfaction with the surgery results has led her to reconsider her plans for additional procedures. Initially, she had hoped to undergo further surgeries, such as breast augmentation and bottom surgery, if the first operation was successful. However, the unexpected outcome has made her rethink these decisions.

Cleo's journey highlights the emotional and physical challenges associated with gender-affirming surgeries, along with the pressure to achieve the desired results. Although her recent disappointment with the outcome of her plastic surgery is troubling, it pales in comparison to a significant legal issue she faces. The UK court has passed a law designating Cleo as a gay man, stating that regardless of how many surgeries she undergoes or how many hormone injections she takes, if she wasn't born a woman, she will never be recognized as one under UK law.
