Jasmine's lawyer justifies her client assaulting Rob during the Tell-All

The upcoming 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 Tell-All is going to be to be one of the most interesting and entertaining reunions in the history of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.

According to a preview clip released by TLC, tensions flared between cast members Jasmine Pineda and Rob Warne, culminating in an explosive moment where Gino's wife stood up in the studio and threw her Louboutin high heel at Rob. This dramatic incident occurred after Rob continuously made cheap shots at Jasmine, labeling her a fraud, a cheater, and a user. The fallout from this confrontation has sparked outrage among fans, with many expressing their anger toward Jasmine, some even calling for her deportation. Others suggested Rob should file charges against her, deeming the incident an outright assault.

Jasmine's immigration lawyer, Kelsey Zubkoff, has come to her defense, publicly criticizing Rob on social media. Kelsey explained that during the filming of the Tell-All, Jasmine endured relentless verbal abuse, not only aimed at her but also directed at her unborn child. Given that she was already dealing with a high-risk pregnancy and facing judgment from other cast members, particularly Rob, Jasmine ultimately felt compelled to defend her honor. She asserted that she could no longer tolerate the constant aggression. Additionally, Jasmine has shared Instagram stories accusing Rob of being a "nasty knob" and claimed he continued to harass her by texting her close friends following the filming.

In response, Rob addressed the situation on his Threads page. While he did not issue a formal apology to Jasmine, he acknowledged that it was out of character for him to call women derogatory names. He explained that his reaction was driven by Jasmine calling him a clown and refusing to take accountability for her actions. This back-and-forth has resulted in a complicated narrative, with Jasmine, her lawyer, and her supporters trying to frame her as a victim, while also shifting the spotlight onto Rob for his inflammatory remarks.
