Jasmine Pineda has recently faced backlash for the lies and manipulations she has committed over the last three years, which have seemingly caught up with her. Fans of the show constantly send her hate messages on social media, and members of her estranged husband Gino's family have joined in as well.
Recently, Jasmine shared an Instagram story about a worrying conversation she had with Gino's sister, Lisa, in which Lisa defended her brother's honor by reaching out to Jasmine directly. Over the past few months, Jasmine, her immigration lawyer, and a few sympathetic bloggers have aggressively conducted a smear campaign against Gino, attempting to paint him in a negative light while portraying Jasmine as a victim. In the conversation shared by Jasmine, Lisa accused the Panamanian of having a "stripper mentality," claiming that she was using Gino for financial gain, and urged her to leave him alone.
The exchange didn't end there. Lisa expressed frustration with Jasmine for badmouthing Gino, his uncle Marco, and other family members on her Instagram stories and during her TikTok livestreams. Lisa was further angered when Jasmine ignored her angry messages and refused to respond. Unfortunately, Lisa's texts turned from anger to life-threatening when feeling ignored, she implied she would confront Jasmine in person.
Lisa hinted that she knew Jasmine's gym and where she shopped for vegan food, warning her to respond or face her wrath. Jasmine exposed Lisa's threatening texts on Instagram, confessing that she could no longer stay silent. She stated that being pregnant, stressed, and fearing for her life due to life-threatening messages was taking a toll, and she simply wanted peace.
While Jasmine's past behavior as a manipulative and dishonest individual makes her difficult to sympathize with, no pregnant woman deserves to live under such stress, especially in her final month of pregnancy. Gino and his family should move on with their lives and let go of the conflict with Jasmine. Both Jasmine and Gino have shown themselves to be liars and opportunists who care mainly about staying on television at all costs, with no clear "lesser evil" between them. It's time for all parties involved to part ways and seek closure.
