This week, 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Michael Ilesanmi has taken a significant step towards gaining independence from his American wife, Angela Deem, by launching his own Cameo page. For the past few years, Michael has been a victim of financial abuse from his wife. Angela forced him to remain unemployed in Nigeria while awaiting approval for his spousal visa. During that time, Angela has been living her best life in the United States and spending most of their money on herself while sending Michael small portions of their reality TV checks and joint Cameo account earnings to help him get by in Nigeria.
Along with Cameo, Michael has also launched his personal Facebook page. For years, he was not allowed to have any personal social media accounts because his wife, Angela, was jealous and insecure. She thought her younger Nigerian husband would talk to other women behind her back. In a way, Angela was right because Michael did talk to other women using his second phone and private social media accounts, using fake pseudonyms. Upon arriving in the United States, Michael was able to get his green card and passport stamp immediately because he is an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen, making him eligible for an instant green card through a process called adjustment of status.
It's been almost three months since Michael left Angela, and it seems like she will never forgive him for what he did. Angela is now holding a grudge against her ex-husband and has even claimed that she is working with three lawyers to get him deported. Recently, on a TikTok video of Michael that we reposted on our 90 Day Fiancé fan page, Angela expressed her feelings about Michael starting his own cameo and social media pages. In the comments section, she wrote about her Nigerian husband: "It looks scared, huh."
The term "it" is generally considered to be offensive and dehumanizing when used to refer to a person. This is because it is typically used to refer to objects or animals. Using this term can imply a lack of respect or recognition for the person's individuality and humanity. Angela Deem used this term to describe her husband, which not only indicates how she feels about him but also hints at the way she's been treating him behind closed doors.
Many 90-Day Fiancé fans showed their support for Michael in the comments section of the TikTok video. They criticized Angela for the way she spoke about her husband. One TikTok user wrote, "You treated him like an object, calling him 'it'. He's finally free." Another one added, "He's happier now that he's no longer in b0ndage with you."@90dayfiance.news Michael Illesami is freeeee!
