Christian from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days has been disappointing the viewers since episode one, by demonstrating that he is not ready to be with in a relationship with his trans girlfriend Cleo. In a preview of tonight's episode, we saw that the American kept doing things that will make fans despise him even more. While having a drink alone a local bar in London, Christian met and started a conversation with an American woman, and then he invited her to have a thanksgiving dinner at Cleo's rented apartment without discussing this with his trans girlfriend first.
While Christian is spending most of his time in the UK chit chatting with stranger women at the local bars, Cleo was having doubts about her relationship and future with Christian, and she was also concerned that Christian may dislike some physical characteristics about her. Cleo has also disclosed that, despite taking hormones and testosterone blockers on a regular basis, she has not undergone gender confirmation surgery yet. Cleo hopes Christian can resist the social constraint to date a trans woman. She expects Christian to defend her when people accuse her of not being a woman, especially if she ever meets his Trum₱ supporting family in the future. Cleo felt really unhappy and uncomfortable when Christian told her that he's bringing a stranger to have a Thanksgiving dinner with them. Because of her autism, she needs more time to adapt and accept new people before she brings them home.
Before meeting Cleo, Christian had a few meaningful relationships. He and his then girlfriend got married during the last pandemic but got the marriage annulled soon after. Since then, Christian has been partying and sleeping around, and at the same time, he was looking for a serious relationship with a woman that he can come home to at the end of the day and he believed that he has found her in Cleo.
Cleo is a woman who relies on routine, and anything that isn't consistent can throw her off. Christian's extrovert character is Cleo's biggest nightmare and also one of the reason why the couple will never end up together.
