Kalani who's one of the familiar faces in the 90 Day Fiancé universe, supposedly has a new lover amid divorce rumors involving her and Asuelu. Last week on her Instagram stories, she posted a couple of pictures of her date night with a mystery tattooed man.
After her split from Asuelu Pulaa, the mother of two reportedly has a new partner, whom she has been flaunting on Instagram. She initially appeared in 90 Day Fiancé season 6 when she had her first baby with Asuelu, who is now 27 year old. Asuelu, the simple farm boy from a Samoan village, came to the United States to marry Kalani, and the couple became pregnant with their second child around the same time. Kalani frequently complained about Asuelu being a bad father. He proclaimed his single status in June 2022. It was a complicated situation. Technically, the couple is still together on papers, but they are separated. Fans thought that their split was only a temporary one, that was until a cheating scandal broke out in April 2023.
In April, Asuelu was seen flirting and sexy dancing with The Family Chantel's Winter Everett in Atlanta, and soon after, 90 Day Fiancé's Kalani Faagata appears to have shared an Instagram Story in May 2023 with a mysterious male. According to a post made by a 90 day fiance blogger under the username @mac.and.chisme on Instagram, Kalani shared a story about her date night with a photo of a man's tattooed right hand. In the picture, the pair was making a toast with their drinks.
According to reports, Kalani and Asuelu are embroiled in an infidelity controversy. Asuelu is said to have cheated on Kalani first. He intended to try to mend the relationship and offered Kalani a hall pass to do so. This meant that Asuelu and Kalani allegedly agreed that she could have s*x outside of their marriage, but only once. Kalani appears to have met and been intimate with a man. However, rather than being a one-time occurrence, Kalani supposedly fell for this man. This is most likely the same man with the tattooed hand that appeared in Kalani's Instagram Stories.
Despite the divorce rumors, Kalani and Asuelu will appear in a future 90 Day Fiancé spin off show. It's titled 90 Day Couples' Therapy and was allegedly taped in January 2023. The pair were spotted at a Florida Keys resort. Aside from the crew, they were joined on the set by Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren, Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown, and Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods. However, it is also claimed that Kalani's putative mystery man was there at the resort with them.
Asuelu told his Instagram followers during an old Q&A that Kalani was at fault when comes to their split. He stated that his former wife refused to make social media videos with him, doesn't want to go out on dates and most importantly refused to have more kids with him. Even though Asuelu doesn't seem so bright, his recent social media posts about his work trips and him spending time with his kids, prove that the Samoan is not just older, but also he's wiser than he ever was before.
